Urban Trader Holiday Fair Trade Marketplace
Urban Trader, a locally owned and operated fair-trade company will host a sale of fair-trade, organic and recycled goods at MoJo’s CoffeeHouse in Lafayette on 12/5 & 12/19 from 9 am to 2 pm. Items such as jewelry, pottery, household items and more from poor communities across the globe will be offered. All profits from Urban Trader are donated back to these communities for the purpose of enhancing living wages, education and training, as well as for medical needs., Mojo Coffeehouse, 211 N. Songs of the Mother and Child
The Cantabile Singers perform “Songs of the Mother & Child.” Friday, December 11
7:30 pm at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 3700 Baseline Road, Boulder and Saturday, December 19, 7:30pm at First Congregational Church, 1500 9th Avenue, Longmont. The program includes lullabies and settings of Ave Maria by Dello Joio, Biebl and Holst. Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) receives $2 for each ticket sold. Attendees may bring non-perishable food contributions for the EFAA food bank.
