Found a Peanut! Now she’s waiting to find you. Peanut is a clever 3-year-old American Staffordshire-boxer mix who’s a little shy at first, then quickly comes out of her shell and enjoys being close to people. She loves keeping her eye — whether it’s her brown one or her blue one — on the ball and will entertain you endlessly with her fetching.
Tips and tails
Speaking of keeping your eye on the ball, Longmont Humane Society is celebrating March Madness by offering special adoption rates. Dogs 1 year old or older are $40 and cats 1 year or older for $25. Stop by and see all the great animals who need a good home — and look for our specially marked dogs who come with free basic obedience classes too!
