Margaret L. Kirk, 83, of Longmont, passed away peacefully at Longmont United Hospital on Nov. 11, 2009 surrounded by her family. She was born in Boston, Mass. on July 26, 1926. Margaret married James F. Kirk in October 1946 and moved to Longmont, in 1978.
Margaret is survived by her children James Kirk, Kathleen Simpson (Tom), Christopher Kirk (Lori) and son-in-law Thomas Driscoll, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James F. Kirk and daughter Peggy Driscoll. ¶Services have been held and were entrusted to Howe Mortuary Chapel of Longmont. Contributions are suggested to Longmont United Hospital and can be sent in care of Ahlberg Funeral Chapel.
